Any board members that pay out-of-pocket association budgeted expenses, may submit the expense to Community Management for reimbursement.  The form may be downloaded here.  Fill out the form, have a second board member approve it, and mail to CM for payment.  Example expense might be stamps for a specific community mailing, etc.
